I truly believe the wisdom lies within each person. My approach to coaching is to provide a space for self-awareness and discovery so that the client can tap into that rich inner well within to guide them and bring more of their essence to the surface. I use emotional intelligence to help people get “unstuck” as I have found that emotions are our indicators for what we value and our internal alarm system to alert us when we are off track. I believe that people are their most fulfilled and vibrant when they tap into what inspires them and apply it effectively to what they are wired to do. So, we dig in to identify strengths and natural talents while illuminating areas for growth and development and strategies to minimize the “struggle” zones. I supply my coaching clients with practical tools and techniques to help them feel confident, aligned and resourced in their lives.
